Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Sav Bay. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or damaged will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. Please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be processed.

NOTE: Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return!
